HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
As you can see on our home page, we offer Free Shipping and Tracking on all orders for all our products Worldwide (no Minimum Required).
Majota Store have partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best competitive prices (up to -45%!) and the highest quality monitors. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up after this time, the package is on its way and arrives, no worries.
We provide free shipping to over 150 countries around the World. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, contact us and will do our best to see what we can do about it and to to accommodate you.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We apologize you in advance and thank you very much for understanding if due to the whole situation about the Corona virus (COVID-19), the delivery of your shipment will take a little longer than the time normally provided.
As we said above, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive, so please do not panic if it does not show up after this time, the package is on its way and arrives, no worries.
Just to let you know, we strive to ensure that the delivery time is between 9 and 19 days as soon as possible.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that in some very very rare cases, your package may get custom fees when IT arrive to your country.

Yes, of course, tracking of ordered product is enabled on all orders for all our products.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask if they can release your items immediately.
